Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the services offered by Marine Cannard as part of consultations and support programs in holistic nutrition and Ayurveda.

Article 2 - Services Offered

The services offered are:

• Digestive Consultation (90 minutes): €150

• Digestive Transformation Program (3 months): €1800

Article 3 - Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes. They are fixed and non-revisable during their validity period.

Accepted payment methods are:

• Credit card via Stripe

• Bank transfer

Payment is required at the time of booking.

Article 4 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Exception: If the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period (with your express agreement), you waive this right for the part of the service already provided.

Article 5 - Cancellation and Rescheduling

For individual consultations:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment

• Cancellation less than 48 hours before: consultation due in full

• Rescheduling possible once without charge (subject to availability).

For the 3-month program:

• Cancellation possible within 14 days of purchase (right of withdrawal)

• After the program begins: no refund, except exceptional cases considered on a case-by-case basis.

Article 6 - Liability

The services offered do not substitute for medical advice. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional for any health problem.

Marine Cannard cannot be held responsible for the absence of results or adverse effects related to the advice provided.

The client commits to informing the practitioner of any health problem, ongoing medical treatment, or contraindication.

Article 7 - Confidentiality

All information exchanged as part of consultations is strictly confidential and will in no case be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

Article 8 - Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the services (documents, videos, exercises) remain the exclusive property of Marine Cannard. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 10 - Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
